Orders
How do I place an order?
Simply browse our store, add your favourite items to your cart, and proceed to checkout. Follow the prompts to enter your shipping and payment details to complete your order.
Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?
We process orders quickly, so please contact us as soon as possible at support@goldenfashion.com.au if you need to make changes. We cannot guarantee modifications once an order has been dispatched.
Will I receive an order confirmation?
Yes! You will receive an email confirmation with your order details shortly after placing your order. Please check your spam folder if you don't see it in your inbox.

How long does delivery take?

How can I track my order?
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. Use this to track your delivery via the courier's website.
Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?

How long do I have to return an item?
Returns must be initiated within 30 days of receiving your order. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached.
When will I receive my refund?
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 5β7 business days. You will be notified via email once your refund has been issued.

How do I find the right size?
We recommend checking the size guide available on each product page. If you're between sizes, we suggest sizing up for a more comfortable fit.
Are the colours accurate in the photos?
We do our best to display product colours as accurately as possible. However, colours may vary slightly depending on your screen settings and lighting.

What payment methods do you accept?
