Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1β3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with your tracking number. You can use this to track your delivery directly on the courier's website. If you have not received your tracking information within 3 business days of placing your order, please contact us.

Incorrect Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at the time of checkout. Golden Fashion is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
