Refund Policy

At Golden Fashion, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we're here to help. Please read our Refund Policy carefully before initiating a return.

1. Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unworn and unwashed
  • In their original condition with all tags attached
  • Free from perfume, deodorant, or any other stains
  • In their original packaging (where applicable)

Items that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted for return.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Sale or clearance items (marked as final sale)
  • Underwear, swimwear, and hosiery (for hygiene reasons)
  • Gift cards
  • Items damaged due to misuse or improper care

3. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Email us at support@goldenfashion.com.au with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Our team will review your request and provide return instructions within 1–2 business days.
  3. Pack the item(s) securely and send them to the address provided by our team.
  4. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for items lost in transit.

Please note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrectly sent.

4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Please note that your bank or payment provider may take additional time to reflect the refund.

5. Exchanges

We offer exchanges for different sizes or colours, subject to availability. To request an exchange, please contact us at support@goldenfashion.com.au with your order details and preferred exchange item.

6. Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you. Please include photos of the issue when contacting us.

7. Australian Consumer Law

Our Refund Policy is in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
